1. Orders & Payment  
All orders must be paid in full before production begins.  
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Custom Products  
Custom frames are made based on the information you provide.  
Please double-check your layout preferences before placing an order.

For custom orders, we begin design work after your purchase.  
If you cancel before we begin, you are eligible for a full refund.  
Once we send you a layout for approval and you confirm it, the frame enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Shipping  
Estimated shipping times are provided as a reference.  
Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Intellectual Property  
All content on this website, including images, design layouts, and brand assets, belongs to VeilOrigin and may not be used without permission.
