Refund policy

Our return policy differs based on the type of frame you order.

Classic Series – In-stock frames  
Frames in the Classic Series may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.  
Please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.  
Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Custom Series – Made to order  
For custom orders, design work begins after we receive your order.  
If you change your mind before we start working on the layout, we’re happy to offer a full refund.

However, once a layout has been shared and approved, the frame enters production and no cancellations or refunds can be accepted beyond that point.

All custom frames are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.  
We appreciate your understanding and support for handcrafted, made-to-order pieces.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
